Allbridge successfully unveiled the latest upgraded version of its proprietary technology management platform, Skyway with Allbridge Intelligence, during a live webinar held on March 17.
The new release introduces expanded AI-driven capabilities, a redesigned, industry-leading user interface, and a new integrated chat function designed to further simplify property technology management.
The session, which was attended by over 150 operators, IT leaders, and decision-makers joined us to see how property teams was led by Robert Petro, Vice President of Software Development, alongside CIO Matt Koch and Product Manager Terrence Stevens.
They demonstrated the platform’s advanced functionality and engaged with attendees during a live Q&A. As part of the launch, webinar participants received one month of complimentary access to the platform’s premium features.
“No other platform matches the power of Skyway in delivering single-interface control across property technology ecosystems,” said Petro. “With the new AI enhancements and integrated chat functionality, everything becomes easier—it’s like being able to talk to your property.”
This latest iteration significantly deepens Skyway’s AI capabilities, enabling the system to proactively identify issues, initiate fixes, and reduce the need for manual intervention. By leveraging system data logs, customer feedback, and extensive historical performance data collected across thousands of properties, the platform continues to improve responsiveness and operational efficiency.
Customer trials of the enhanced platform have generated very positive feedback, with users describing the experience as “super slick” and highlighting strong employee adoption across trial properties.
Skyway remains particularly well suited to multi-property organizations. Operators can aggregate performance statistics across entire portfolios, gaining centralized visibility while maintaining property-level control. This enables ownership groups and management companies to benchmark performance, identify trends, and make faster, data-driven decisions.
Key benefits for hotel operators include:
- Elimination of technology silos through a unified dashboard
- Reduction in support tickets by up to 40%
- Faster system performance and simplified navigation
- Portfolio-wide visibility with roll-up reporting
- More staff time available for higher-value, guest-facing activities
Todd Johnstone, CEO of Allbridge, commented:
“As hospitality companies grow, complexity increases. Technology can either accelerate performance or create friction. The next competitive advantage belongs to operators who connect their systems intelligently and make technology less visible, but far more valuable. Skyway with Allbridge Intelligence removes operational drag, unifies data, and gives teams proactive control—so they can focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.”
Since its launch in 2019, Skyway has been adopted by more than 7,000 properties across hospitality, multifamily, and senior living. The platform consolidates technology systems—including Wi-Fi, video, access controls, conference tools, and branded guest interfaces—into a single intelligent dashboard.
The upgraded version is being offered as a premium tier for existing Skyway customers, unlocking enhanced AI functionality, expanded integrations, and deeper operational insight.
