Oldham Goodwin appoints Allbridge to deliver full-suite technology solutions for new riverfront hotel development.
Raleigh, NC — June 25, 2025 — Oldham Goodwin has selected Allbridge, a leading provider of integrated technology solutions for the hospitality industry and high density properties, as its technology partner for the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in New Braunfels, Texas. This 8-story, 150-key, all-suite hotel is part of the highly anticipated River Village Development, situated on the banks of the Guadalupe River.
Allbridge is working in close collaboration with Oldham Goodwin, the project architects, and the general contractor to design and implement a comprehensive suite of integrated technology solutions.
These include telecommunications, in-room entertainment, video services, high-speed Wi-Fi, data networks, security and video surveillance, low-voltage structured cabling, public safety Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Emergency Responder Radio Communication Systems (ERRCS), audiovisual systems, and a hosted voice platform. All services are seamlessly integrated with Allbridge’s proprietary Skyway with Allbridge Intelligence platform—a centralized system for technology control and real-time monitoring.
