Senior Vice President of Engineering and Product

As Senior Vice President of Engineering and Product, Christian Weinholtz is responsible for sales engineering and product strategy across all verticals and solutions at Allbridge. In this role Christian ensures that Allbridge is providing best in class solutions to meet the needs of our wide range of customers. Prior to taking on the new role 2023, Christian held the role of Vice President of Network Technology where he drove the growth, design standards and product strategy of our data engineering vertical. Christian joined Allbridge through the merger with DCI Design Communications in 2018 where he served as the Vice President of Network Technology.

Christian has been in the network technology, hospitality and MDU space for over 15 years and is passionate about delivering high quality solutions for his customers.  Prior to DCI Design Communications, Christian was the Manager of Solution Engineering at Windstream where he managed the team of engineers that produced significant increases in efficiency to deliver over 200% growth in one time revenue and annual recurring revenue. As part of this role, he was able to also increase margins and strengthen relationships with key hardware vendors to lower costs. Originally Christian joined Windstream as a Level 3 Systems Engineer at Lorica Solutions in 2008. Lorica Solutions was acquired by Xeta Technologies (2010) and later PAETEC (2011).  At PAETEC Christian became a Senior Sales Engineer and was later acquired by Windstream in 2012.

Outside of work, Christian also has a passion for coaching hockey. He has been actively involved in coaching youth hockey teams for several years as a level 4 coach, which has allowed him to develop strong leadership and mentoring skills. Coaching has also taught him the importance of teamwork and effective communication, skills that are valuable in any professional setting.

Christian received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Buffalo State College and a Master of Business Administration from the Richard J. Wehle School of Business at Canisius College.
