Kerrie McCullough serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Allbridge. She is an accomplished HR leader with over 18 years of driving strategic initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Before coming to Allbridge, Kerrie led HR strategy and operations for Global Knowledge, supporting over 600 employees.
In her various leadership roles, Kerrie has specialized in building collaborative partnerships with business leaders to advance key priorities like talent development, diversity and inclusion, change management, and performance improvement. She is adept at evolving HR from a cost center to a value-adding function fully aligned with company vision and values.
Notable aspects of Kerrie’s background include expertise in strategic planning and execution, leadership and executive coaching, mergers and acquisitions integration, policy and compliance management, as well as building recruitment and development programs.
When Kerrie isn’t working hard at Allbridge, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family, especially watching her son play Rugby.
Kerrie holds a SHRM-CP certification and is passionate about creating positive employee and workplace culture underpinned by data-driven decision making with analytics and metrics.
