Allbridge has been contracted by Songy Partners of Atlanta, Georgia to provide a turn-key technology package for the new build Hyatt House – West End – Nashville, TN.
Allbridge will manage all aspects of technology design and delivery to the project including project management, structured cabling, systems design, technology installation and opening services. This is the 2nd project Allbridge has been awarded by Songy Highroads. Ipanema Solutions was the technology integrator for Songy’s Hyatt Place – Galleria – Houston, TX which opened in 2016.
The Hyatt House – West End – Nashville, TN will be an extended stay hotel in the heart of Nashville’s West End submarket near Vanderbilt and Centennial Medical Center. The 15-story extended stay hotel will contain 201 rooms above structured parking. The main level will include the brand’s signature H Bar, which features an outdoor area with a fire pit and seating areas. The hotel’s fifth floor will include a pool and a large fitness center.

Songy Highroads is developing the new Hyatt House in a joint venture with an affiliate of Hyatt. The project architect is Wakefield Beasley & Associates.
