Lisa joined Allbridge in June 2022 and leads all human capital, talent management, and organizational development functions partnering with the C-Suite to influence corporate priorities, define its culture, and build work class talent.

With a background in high-value commercial real estate investment management, development, and construction, Lisa comes from National Real Estate Advisors where she strategically designed the human capital, administrative, and technology governance functions driving business growth, strengthening employee well-being and retention, and contributing to millions in investor trust.

Lisa holds a Master International Management, Financial Management, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Finance, and a Business Project Management Certificate. She is also an accomplished Senior Professional Human Resources and as well as an Organization Development Certified Professional demonstrating mastery of the strategic, policymaking, leadership, and change aspects of human capital management.
