Job Summary:

The Multifamily Sales Executive will play a key role in executing Allbridge’s growth and expansion strategy. This role will be responsible for driving the organization’s continued fast-paced expansion into new and existing markets and closing new business through strategic and consultative selling to national and regional property owners and managers. The position requires a relentless hunter consistently employing thoughtful sales processes with a consistent track record of sales over-achievement. This is a client-facing role requiring deep industry expertise, proven ability, and a broad base of industry contacts. This role will report to the Vice President, Business Development Multifamily


Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead the company’s national sales efforts to close large multifamily contracts
  • Establish professional relationships with key executive-level decision-makers
  • Achieve assigned sales quota and profitability expectations -with customers
  • Perform business development activities, inclusive of finding and nurturing leads.
  • Lead the customer account planning cycle and ensure client needs and expectations are met
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively lead and participate in the company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual
    performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs and expectations on an ongoing basis and report
    findings to the appropriate teams for improvements
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all
    necessary company personnel
  • Strategic account planning and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
  • Complete weekly reporting and required training/development objectives within the assigned time frame
  • Enlist the support of sales solution quoting experts, sales -engineers, implementation resources, service resource,
    and other sales and management resources as needed
  • Negotiate contract details including pricing, features and instillation timelines
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, building rapport with key decision makers,
    and penetrating national sales markets
  • Attend industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition and to
    establish/maintain relationships with new/existing clients
  • Consistently integrates Allbridge’s core values into their everyday habits by treating all customers, internal and external, professionally, honestly and respectfully
  • Accepts ownership and accountability of position responsibilities and strives to deliver results for customers that establish high standards, credibility and quality performance
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment, in the Multifamily housing industry is required
  • Experience selling smart technology (IoT) solutions is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods strongly preferred
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards is a plus
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, BuildCentral and Construct Connect.
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365 is preferred
  • Experience with business development, appointment setting, contract negotiation, account management, business presentation, and closing sales
  • Outside B2B sales experience and the ability to travel is required
  • Have experience selling cutting edge, disruptive technology to top decision-makers at the enterprise level
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
  • Willingness to travel (30-40%)
  • Strong portfolio of C-Level contacts within Enterprise Accounts

  • Strong professional business acumen, organization skills, detail-oriented, meeting deadlines, and metrics driven decision-making skills are required
  • Ability to prove consistently hitting or overachieving quota
  • Self-starter with a creative entrepreneurial spirit
  • Refined and proven sales methodology
  • Creative strategist: develop new ways to drive sales and value to existing and prospective Multi-Family/ Property Management clients
  • Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to understand and resolve prospective client challenges/objections
  • Adaptable; able to quickly learn new technologies and processes
  • Have experience selling cutting edge, disruptive technology to top decision-makers at the enterprise level
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
  • Willingness to travel (30-40%)
  • Strong portfolio of C-Level contacts within Enterprise Accounts
