Job Summary:

Allbridge is seeking an experienced industry Analyst Relations and Marketing Insights Specialist to help us position our portfolio in end-to-end property technology solutions that mitigate project risks, increase property value and improve lives through end-user experiences. The individual will deepen our ability to bring market data, insights, and the voice of the customer into our company strategy, product development, and marketing.

The individual in this role will have property technology industry experience to have meaningful discussions with key analysts about where our industry is headed. Looking for an individual to quickly understand our solutions strategy and place it into the context of a broader portfolio. Based on strong experience in market research and engagement with analysts, this position will help us get the most out of our investments in analyst firm research and expertise, ensuring that the best market intelligence drives our decision-making and raises the market savvy of our entire team.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Serve as point on corporate market research, provide insights, ensure best practices, and communicate insights from corporate market research – net promoter scores (NPS), brand preference, commissioned studies
  • Design, collaborate and execute overall industry analyst and market insights strategy, managing key analyst relationships and company investments in research reports and strategic consulting
  • Oversee analyst engagement strategy to ensure appropriate prioritization and secure critical market insights, concept feedback, and Allbridge coverage. Ensure engagement in the evolution of Allbridge as a property technology solutions provider with a broad, compelling portfolio of security and identity solutions
  • Develop a program with continuous analyst engagement and education that delivers positive placement in research reports to optimize Allbridge positioning in comparative reports
  • Leverage analyst investments and design programs to ensure delivery of meaningful market data, intelligence and insights to the organization. Partner with sales, demand generation and communication teams to influence and inform company strategy, product roadmap and positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
  • Strategize, advise, guide and coordinate inquiries, briefings, advisory days, events, and beyond to have meaningful engagement with analysts, product, marketing, and senior leaders throughout the year
  • Serve as the evangelist for AR best practices, educating and partnering with key stakeholders (executives, marketing, regional teams, sales/channels) to ensure that AR practices are employed consistently and effectively across all analyst interactions
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven industry analyst experience, ideally related to enterprise technology and data security
  • Experience with HubSpot, SFDC, Gaggle, and Microsoft Suite is preferred
  • Strong market research experience base, with core knowledge of research tools, use and best practices
  • Deep understanding of how to build and maintain relationships with key influencers, leading industry analysts, and analyst firms
  • Experience in influencing industry analysts and securing coverage
  • The ability to absorb and synthesize a broad array of third-party research and analysis, and summarize its significance to a broad, cross-functional stakeholder audience, including senior executives
  • BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, business or related field. BS/BA degree in marketing preferred



  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with an ability to translate technology insight for wider audiences inside and outside the company
  • Cross-functional team leadership; ability to influence without authority, including senior management.
  • Knowledge of trends in communications and analyst relations
  • Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems
  • Strong project and organizational skills with the ability to optimally structure and prioritize work
  • Excellent speaking and communication skills
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
