Lead Support Engineer – BroadSoft

Allbridge is seeking a BroadSoft Lead Support Engineer to ensure full accountability for support issues are addressed and resolved quickly and done in a professional manner.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Service tickets are picked up quickly and are owned with full accountability with minimal escalation to Voice Support Director
  • Service tickets are resolved to customer’s satisfaction and completed in a timely manner
  • Customer contact is done with a high degree of customer satisfaction and is done consistently and often
  • Tickets completed on a weekly basis to meet productivity standards
  • Support processes and policies are understood and being followed consistently

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience with BroadSoft Voice product – certification preferred
