Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of at least 3-5 years of customer service experience (5-7 years preferred)
  • Responsible for dispatching technicians accordingly for service calls and communications with technicians regarding the status of jobs
  • Responsible for daily service schedule and confirming with customers time of arrival of technicians for requested dispatch and updating service ticket
  • Monitor service email inbox for ticket request status, quote requests and purchase requests
  • Must be able to handle heavy inbound calls and be able to work professionally in a call center environment
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have basic computer knowledge
  • Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment
  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
  • Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
  • Hours-Willing to work Monday through Friday 8:15 am to 5:15 pm
